I maintain my education by attending the latest continuing education classes as they become available, seminars, and webinars. I subscribe to the latest industry materials to keep up-to-date and knowledgeable with constantly changing rules, regulations and laws affecting the Real Estate Industry.

My background provides both financial and business experience in the local real estate market. I offer insights into the world of Real Estate transactions to benefit both buyers and sellers. All parties involved can often make or break a transaction. I spend the time to develop good working relationships with lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, contractors and other agents. This puts me in a favorable position to negotiate the best possible transaction for my clients, whether buying or selling. I will guide you through the process of purchasing or selling your home, along with all the numerous details involved in closing your sale or purchase.

Designations include: ABR – Accredited Buyer Representation, GRI – Graduate of Realtor Institute, CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, and TAHS – Texas Affordable Home Specialist. Serve as a Director and Finance Committee on our local Board of Realtors. Memberships include: NAR, TAR, CCAR, NABPW.
